Seeds

Once seeds have left our hands, they can’t return to our shelves. To protect purity, viability, and prevent any risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on seed orders once they have shipped.

In addition, seeds are living things, once they leave our controlled environment, we can no longer guarantee their quality for another customer. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep every packet safe and trustworthy.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale. Because these items are discounted and often limited in quantity, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations on them.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

We offer:

  • Refunds if a replacement isn’t available
